You will play a pivotal role as the main liaison between sales companies & customers regionally by providing sales administration support including key responsibilities such as order transactions processing, invoicing and coordinating logistics related matters to the various sales companies etc. Additionally, you are to troubleshoot & resolve any transaction or shipment issues. Your role will also involve assurance of operation transactions completeness and management reporting within the month. You may also be assigned to other tasks from time to time due to exigencies.



  • Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years of overall experience in supply chain management or related field
  • Possessing SAP Knowledge &  Letter of Credit and shipping/export knowledge is a plus
  • High proficiency in MS Excel skills will be ideal.
  • Analytical and resourceful with strong problem resolution skills
  • Independent and a team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Initiative and success driven
