PRIMARY ROLE:

You will be a dynamic individual acting as a "Change Catalyst" in establishing Weekly base Operation & Sell Through related initiatives between Sales AHQ and Branches across South East Asia region for the product categories you are responsible for.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Weekly Based Operations & Sell Through related initiatives between Sales HQ and Branches across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Philippines
  • Assisting the management in determining Strategic Sales Distribution Plan for the product categories you are responsible for within the SEA region
  • Proactively engaging branch members in conceptualizing sales channel & area expansion plan
  • Interpret and analyze data; identify areas of gaps and determine course of actions to take, and monitor the execution of actions
  • Monitor sales progress and to actively partake in initiating sales activities for the region to achieve sales Budget/Target
  • Establishing effective communication within headquarters and branch members
  • Support system enhancement and new project initiatives
  • Create Dashboards and Reports

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing, or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 5 years of relevant or prior experience in Sales and Marketing functions
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Positive mindset with a "Can Do" attitude
  • Self-discipline
  • PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) Mindset
  • High Competency in Microsoft Excel
