Customer Service Solutions, as the Customer Service Headquarters for Asia, Middle East and Africa regions, oversees the after sales customer service in the region. We strive to to deliver the maximum value to our customers through their after sales experience, thus contributing to business growth and Sony brand enhancement.


Ensure environmental compliance of electronics products and promote environmental activities in Pan-Asia countries including the following responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Monitor and analyze the impact of emerging product environmental regulations to the organization
  • Participate in industry consultations and provide feedbacks to authority
  • Prepare and maintain necessary documentation and records
  • Support Sales company’s product compliance activities.
  • Conduct internal product compliance audits periodically 
  • Roll-out product compliance training to related parties
  • Plan and conduct eco-communications activities in Singapore
  • Support the roll-out of global and regional eco-communications plan in Pan-Asia countries


  • Degree in Engineering/Science/Environment/Law or Business with at least 3 years and above of relevant experience in consumer electronics
  • Prior experience with product compliance or eco communication will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft office application
  • Responsible self-driven and results oriented individual with good organizational and time management skills will be preferred
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication as well as good logical thinking skills
  • Overseas travelling required
