We are looking for a meticulous and accountable team member who will manage the overall CRM strategy, the planning and implementation of CRM initiatives for Compact Camera, Video Camera and Smartphone categories to maximize customer lifetime value & sales.

You will also work with our regional CRM team to plan, deploy customer segments and customer journeys into the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Marketing automation tools to deliver superior customer engagement and business results.

What you will be doing

  • Collaborate with Marketing teams, Digital Marketing teams to strategize, plan and implement CRM initiatives for Compact Camera, Video Camera and Smartphone categories to maximize lifetime value and achieve sales goals.
  • Create & implement customer segments, customer journeys and A/B test to maximize sales goals.
  • Constantly evaluate CRM performance and actively look into opportunities to achieve customer loyalty targets.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to design and deploy relevant and meaningful loyalty program communications and activities.
  • Use Customer Dashboards to set targets for new and retained customers growth and lifetime value.
  • Actively review results and recommend actions to achieve lifetime value goals.
  • Support in the implementation of Customer Journeys, Customer segments for all categories into CDP and Marketing Automation tool.
  • Support in reviewing eDM creatives before broadcasting.
  • Responsible for the Loyalty KPIs and measurement for Compact Camera, Video Camera and Smartphone across countries.

What you should have

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant fields.
  • Ideally more than 2 years of experience in marketing or loyalty/reward marketing.
  • Meticulous and accountable working attitude.
  • Experience in using Salesforce Marketing cloud.
